Artwork description:

The artist has designed “Dublin Doors” so straddle these worlds and mark the joining of the two. The imagery is traditional and a nod to the beautiful architecture of the past, while the style and colour scheme is I tended to be bright and contemporary. Picking up on the pinks and greens in the surrounding planting, this piece should give the people of the area something beautiful and exciting to look at while also nesting the piece into its surroundings looking like it could have always been there at the same time

Biography:

I’m a Dublin-born artist and designer, recently graduating from studying visual communication in TUD. I hope to go on and establish myself as an illustrator and have spent my time since graduation trying to get my drawings out there. I have previously completed four Dublin canvas boxes from 2019-2021 and would absolutely love to be a part of the project again this year.
