Artwork description:

Whitehall Comcille GAA club, enriching the community of Collins Avenue since 1966, with a strong history, founded in 1954 they are still forming formidable youths, ladies and men’s, teams! The club also has a thriving “Bua Nua” section which caters for children aged: 4-8, and there is a very distinguished “Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others” section which competes in various tournaments throughout the year.

Biography:

I am a Mural Artist, with my own business Compact Ivy Mural Design, I was commissioned by the Whitehall Colmcille Club to design & paint the box for them in celebration of their history in the area. The artwork stems from the fun of the Bua Nua and the happiness of the kids involved.
