During my MA I became interested in the psychogeographical effects of a location on our emotions & behaviour in an urban area. This piece is inspired by this & the desire to stylize the urban environment in my illustrations.

Biography:

Cathy Ellie Mulhern is an Artist & Illustrator from Donegal, living in Dublin, Ireland. Cathy recently completed her MA in Illustration, in 2020 returning to study after her BA in Art & Design in 2003. Feeling connections to people & place Cathy stylizes the urban environment in her urban illustrations.
