My piece depicts an area in clonsilla that legend has it, fairies are seen at night. On the main front panel you can see a fairy sitting atop a mushroom admiring some fireflies. I wanted to illustrate her with a more realistic body type representing femininity. On the back panel I chose to illustrate a frog resting on some mushrooms aswell while he protects himself from the rain.
I currently photograph antiques for an auction. So I see a lot of interesting things. My hobbies include photography and playing music but my main passion is painting. In the last 2 years, I managed and oversaw a project in which I helped illustrate a mural for a primary school in Darndale. Since then I have completed 4 large wood panel paintings for a residence for adults with autism and most recently I painted a custom mural for their sensory room. In my spare time I also do commissions.
