Artwork description:

This piece shows Alice from Alice in Wonderland exploring Glasnevin. We see her: tower over the striking Our Lady of Dolours Church; sulk on the sundial in the National Botanic Gardens; become with nature in the Botanic's Rose Garden; and burst through the roof of the old Glasnevin National School building, colloquially known as the Ink Bottle. Our goal was to create a whimsical design that could appeal to all ages as well as bring attention to local landmarks both past and present.

Biography:

We are two sisters aged 20 and 18. We have been doing art together since we were very young and would love to do this project as a team. We have lived in Glasnevin all our lives and would like to brighten it up.
