Artwork description:

My submission is inspired by the nocturnal long-eared owl, one of the resident owl species to be found in Ireland. The geometric patterns of my design are based on the shape of the owls feathers as they spread their wings as they fly silently at night.

Biography:

I’m a graphic designer based in Dublin, graduated from NCAD. Through my day job as a deputy creative director and my freelance work under the name Dexal Design, I have developed my style of creating artwork through geometric shapes.
